Mr. Chairman, may I make a manifestation for the record?

The Honorable Punzi is recognized...

May I state, for the record, the results of the third visit, as follows:

The score now is 0-3 for abstention, or more particularly, absenteeism... This time, your Honors, not even a text message that she was coming... So my offspring and I just elected to go for haircuts, for the second time, Mr. Chairman...

Very well, let it be so recorded...

But again, for the record, Mr. Chairman, we have instituted some security measures just in case of a visit, the details of which I am most certainly willing to discuss with you in executive session, Mr. Chairman.
