"Will you entrust the faith of the country in the hands of the people you do not know?” Gutierrez asked.

"There are times when people, such as candidates running for office, entrust their fate to persons they do not know, " Nachura replied.

“But in elections, you know their names, their age and citizenship,” Gutierrez retorted. “But with these people, what do you know about them?”

If I may add, I doubt they will even trust these people enough to lend them money, what more this?
