Awake
A couple of important late-year hearings and some number crunching to make it to the holidays.
Again, there's choir tonight but I have to rush again to the wake of my dead partner. It's his last day before he gets buried tomorrow morning in Baguio. Because of the venue, we can't join the family there so we just have to maximize our time here.
Honestly, I don't have any plans for tomorrow, but I think it will not involve going out because Bea's tests are coming up and Nico has a lot of practice to do for his school's Christmas program on December 15.
So here's to a few more productive weeks for this year.
Let me finish this entry with Bing Crosby's White Christmas, just to set us all up in the mood.
White Christmas
(Irving Berlin)
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Where the treetops glisten,
and children listen
To hear sleigh bells in the snow
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
With every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
With every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white
