First Day of School/Choke Artist
I think she already has a set of friends that made letting her go there easier.
But, she has shortened periods for this week and my sister cannot fetch her so it's up to me to do it. Good thing the old schedule is a little loose this week and the agenda consists mostly of paperwork.
Anyway, I was watching the Sharapova vs. Safina match last night and it was the first time I saw Sharapova in action. And I was shocked that she was such a choke artist and fast becoming only a pretty face like her compatriot, Anna Kournikova.
OMG! She missed two serve outs for the win @ 5-2 and @ 5-4 and then Safina pounced to win the set and the match @ 7-5, 2-6 and 7-5.
And I thought she was more than just a pretty face. But then she choked on a lesser ranked player. Disappointing. I'll probably not watch her play again. But of course, I will not tire watch her doing other things... oogle...

Your Honor,
Perhaps you just chanced on Maria playing on not her very best. She came from an injury and had not played in a tournament sice April; also clay is the least of her preferred playing surface. Comparing her to Anna is inaccurate; she's way far from her.
Watch her more and you'll see what I mean.
Just a little bit of input.
Thanks.

Dirk,
You're right. I may be too hard on her. She deserves another chance...
So I'll see her in... Wimbledon?
sir,
thanks for sharing law informations & tidbits on everything that could be seen & unsees site..very informative, vast source of 'common' law for common people like me.
kournikouva is much beauty compare to sharapova...but sharapova is better when it comes to playing tennis! she's the poster girl of tennis for the year 2004 for winning the wibledon that year..
