This day in history from:

Random Thoughts on the Virginia Tech Massacre

1. Of course, I'm saddened as I never condone such senseless violence... the deadliest shooting rampage in American history at 32...

2. The gunman was a certain 23 year old Korean named Cho Seung-Hui, an undergrad studying English and living in Virginia Tech campus... I hope this does not trigger another panic-hysteria in the States against Asians, Muslims, Latinos, and [place your ethnic groups of choice here]... or here against Koreans, because there are a lot of Koreans here in the Philippines...

3. These things that are happening in the States should wake them up from rosy outlook. There's something wrong there... and they have to face reality... they have problems that they have to address...

4. What's happening with kids today? It's either they are so violent or suicidal...

5. A society's fascination with guns and alcohol run a muck?

Such actions are the results of people who feel deprived and left out in society.

A year ago, I watch the movie, The Secret. In this movie, The Law Of Attraction is used as a metaphor to describe a philosopy that anyone can used to create abundance in their lives.

Could this philosphy have prevented what happened at VirginiaTech? Did The Secret or any material on the Law Of Attraction reached Cho?

Bob Proctor, on of the teacher in the Secret just release a report
AttractionAcceleration which makes the Law Of Attraction easy to understand and apply. This report is free.

Side Prayers

Lord Jesus,
Teach me to be generous,
Teach me to serve You as You deserve
To give and not to count the cost,
To fight and not to heed the wounds,
To toil and not to seek for rest,
To labor and not to ask for reward,
except that of knowing
That I do Your Holy Will. Amen

May every word I speak be from Your Truth...
I ask come from Your Wisdom...
May every case I handle receive Your Guidance...
May every heart, every life I touch, feel Your Love.

And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying,
"Oh, that You would bless me indeed,
and enlarge my territory,
that Your Hand be with me,
that You would keep me from evil,
that I may not cause pain."

So God granted him what he requested.
