Extra time

Our weekly lawyers meeting got canceled today. The partners decided to move it tomorrow early morning and all went home early.

So now, I have some extra time.

Spending it with my kids first, of course. Then to get some action on my new flute. I have to practice a piece where I play solo on the melody called "Intermezzo (from Cavalleria Rusticana)" by Mascagni. It starts simple enough but gets complicated in the middle parts. It's also originally for the clarinet but I think I'll go at it with the flute first.

Then some rest. And then to some assignment I got from my consultancy that's due on Monday.

And I have that lawyers meeting early morning tomorrow.

That's all for now. I'll tell you all about my new flute's debut tomorrow.
