Just goes to show how old I'm getting.
My old boss once told us, you'll know you're getting old when you can't keep up with the latest songs. So there he was sometime in the late 90s accompanying his teenage daughter to an Alanis Morisette concert when he was in his middle forties.
Back to the topic, I just recently discovered this indie band from UST called Mithi (rough translation: yearn) that features a flute player. I think that's cool (to borrow one of Nico's favorite phrases). This song is in Filipino but I don't have the time to translate it. I can't even find the lyrics for the song.
I particularly enjoy the flute licks. But that's probably just me.
