Routine Break

For some reason, I found myself breaking from my usual weekend routine.

For one, I did yesterday what I have never done before, leave home to meet some friends and arrive back home with the sun already shining. Since we had a such a good time, I chose to chill out over some friend's house and leave at morning than risking an accident by attempting to drive drowsy.

But that took a toll on me, as I am not getting any younger. I slept until 4:00 p.m., so I missed my chamber sessions. And a farewell party for my cousin and his family took me out of choir duties. Then, I went out again with friends. That's where I came from before this entry.

But this memorable weekend only goes to show my body can't take this nightlife lifestyle anymore, because that's simply not me.

So anyway, I'll unwind a little and then rest already. I can still play for the 4:30 p.m. mass today.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend. And I think the week ahead will be a busy one.
