Clarry's debut
I felt ready to play her with the choir. Two songs only, though ("Glory and Praise to Our God," which, providentially, is also the first song I played when I got back to my present choir, and "Glory to God"), because I just wanted to get my feet wet using Clarry.
It went quite well with only a few runaway notes. It was a nice start. And since the songs for this afternoon's mass are the same, I played Clarry again today with comparable results.
Anyway, there's no cable TV right now so I just made do with watching DVDs.
Again, that girl contacted to a few days back to ask if she could visit her kids. Of course, I did not object and it was supposed to happen this afternoon.
Surprisingly (or not), it was again a no-show.
But then again, I took the prudent move and not reveal the visit to the kids until she was actually here. It was a good move. At least they did not end up waiting for nothing this time.
Here's to a good week ahead. And I know that I know that I know what I have wished for is on its way. And for that, I am grateful, even for what I have right now.
